James E. Abdulla is a real estate developer and investor with over a decade of experience delivering residential projects across affordable, market-rate, single-family, and multifamily sectors. As co-founder and majority owner of AWK Development, Inc. and J&E Real Estate, LP & LLC, James has led projects ranging from small infill developments to large-scale mixed-use communities.

His development experience includes the redevelopment of a former 19-unit townhouse site into six subsidized affordable homes, ownership and operation of multifamily communities totaling nearly 50 units, and the construction and sale of modular single-family residences. He is currently leading a 57-unit mixed residential development in Elizabeth Township, Pennsylvania, alongside an 80,000-square-foot athletic training facility slated to break ground in early 2026.

James approaches real estate with a long-term, community-first mindset focused on responsible development, sustainable growth, and creating lasting value for residents and investors alike. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a licensed real estate agent in California. and technologies in the industry to ensure that our clients have access to the best information and resources.

James’ development and investment activities are conducted independently through his separate business entities and are not offered through Agent Freedom Now. His role within Agent Freedom Now is focused exclusively on mentorship, leadership development, and community-building for independent real estate professionals.
